you are only going by what the dumbass driver was quoted as saying......

i am going by the fact, he was found GUILTY in a court of law....and it was reported as such.

I saw the video footage. That was all the testimony I needed. The fact he was found guilty doesn't translate into the fact that he was actually guilty of the charge.

seems to me, he was found guilty, as charged......

and he's a dumbass for NOT complying with the original request, to keep his hands out of his pockets.

i hardly believe that there will be a jury in that state, at that courthouse, that will side with an "out of towner".....
