I have a question for the 3rd party tools.
Is Mercer not an exclusively O/O company?

Yep, and I have no idea how they are coming up with those earnings. I would "assume" that they are giving out a simple number from the settlements after all charges are factored in, which wouldn't tell the true story because it wouldn't be factoring in truck maintenance costs. That would be a good question for you to contact them and ask ;)

OTR must drag the averages down at Pumpky. Some guys are making more than Sysco over there. Even when the money was bad over there it was still good, relative to other carriers.

What you made could be far different than what other people make doing the same thing you do in different parts of the country

Because of all negative things I've read about them.
And watching all their antics over the years in person and on the interwebs.
I believe if they paid that much, the drivers would be of higher caliber.
Cool. Never really heard anything at all about this company, good or bad.

They're a southern based starter company.

I have my doubts about some of those also. But I'm at #2 and ita not hard to blow that "average" out of the water.

Sorry but I made more than the top of that list and my company isn’t listed. Also it looks like that hourly rate is based on a 40
hour week and we all work more than that.

I also have a friend that does oversize loads and he makes more than me.
They probably only looked at the bigger companies.

Or the ones who's recruiting departments paid them.

Sounds like a lot of college recruiters too.

Paint that picture as rosey 🌹 as they kin....
I'm involved with a sportsman's group. We are involved with the dnr and sometimes at odds with them. They will send out a "random" survey. The question may be due I want to see the DNR stock muskies in lakes. That random survey will be sent out to members of Muskies Inc.

The survey company should have no trouble stating its sampling technique, sample size, etc. Has anybody asked? A response might give some indication of what's going on, e.g. "were some responses weighted?" "Why?" That kind of stuff.
