O/O tested positive for marijuana, first offense...Now what? From what we understand, where above 0.15 is positive, the results were 0.36. What that means we do not know.
Could we received some answers from the community regarding the next course of action we should take, what the penalty may be, what can we do to mitigate the matter.
Does anyone know of a SAP Program in Riverside County CA? What we need here is constructive advice so if one is inclined to criticize, please go elsewhere.

I know a guy who did the same thing.he had to go to a sap guy for a few weeks and got a letter clearing him.Didn`t look like that big a deal to me

The boss and I are completing the SAP sign-up paperwork as I speak here. The SAP guy said that on the scale of things that the infraction is on the lower rung so hopefully, the pain will not be too bad!!! Thank you for your positive input.

Google SAP program Riverside CA - that should turn up something. Talking to an attorney isn't a half bad idea. You can fix a lot of these things yourself, but the system takes notice that you have council... and then does what they're supposed to to do, instead of giving you the run around.

You invested the money and time to start a trucking business... kick the weed habit.
