I have 5/8” feed lines and 1/2” return lines. Hard plastic synflex meant for diesel fuel.

The 3 way splitter is a Voss valve.

Are the push in connectors reuseable?

I’m having a hard time even finding new synflex fuel line, although the dealer carries the Voss fittings and the quick connect fittings. I’m guessing the dealer may have the fuel line but I may not like the price

Anyone worked with this stuff before? It’s just fuel lines and return lines

Five parts stores and two dealerships don’t carry this fuel line, and are doubtful it can be ordered in.

Although the dealer mentioned “sweating” the lines into the fittings, so maybe you use a heat gun before shoving them on?

You order them as assemblies from international. None of those parts are reusable, you. Can get a kit to make fuel line like that we used to have one at the shop. But, the sizes international uses is one off from anything normal. And it was a plastic fuel line kit made by Kent-More. There’s a special tool that hold the line on one side and smashed the fitting in. Works good if you can get the lines and barbed fittings you need. Good luckz

They look like 5/8” and 1/2” line, says so right on the old lines.

Went in person this morning and worked with the parts guy to look up some of the lines and fittings. He at least got me a part number for the 5/8” line. He couldn’t see anything for the 1/2”. He printed off a few pages for me too, for part numbers and pictures

He said they just reuse a neoprene
o-ring if the fittings leaking.

Thanks!

You got any GM medium duty or Isuzu dealers? That’s why we had the special tool. We were Freightliner/ThomasBuilt Bus/GMCMD/Isuzu

IH is starting to be a GMC medium duty truck affiliate. I think they said the new IH medium duties are all Chevy drivetrain and body with an International grill.
Something like that
