We haven't declared war on Denmark lately, so as an American, I'm not completely sure where it is, but if I remember my public school education correctly, Denmark is right between Ireland and Iraq, and shares a border with Nova Scotia.

They're probably still available, but a bad idea. JB Hunt bought tons of them in the early 2000's but they never really took off. There was an option to have steps swing out when the fatass van driver opened the drivers side door.
