i have been on top of things trying and jumping thru hurdles trying to get all this crap done in less than 30 days.
if i hadnt had a prior med card i would be sitting at home trying to do all the things i have had without working and no income to pay for all the crap i have had to get. this system is broken and needs fixing. The time frame is just ridiculous and some of these dr.s need an anal probe to help release whatevers stuck up there. i am still not passed this hurdle. word to the wise give dont b.s and do it all asap. its a big pain to get all these things done let alone in 30 days

If you really are afflicted with sleep apnea (and are not just a medics profit center) its real and debilitating. I know some folks who really do have it, and they swear that they feel much better, and their lives have been turned around since using a CPAP machine. If you have one, make sure you get follow-up care, and keep the machine clean since some particularly nasty bacteria can make their home in it.
I work for a larger carrier, and they maintain a 3rd party testing clinic at our main terminal. That makes it easy for folks to get this shite done, and the testing gets done expeditiously. Not everyone gets tested, and many who are do not end up on the machine. It does take the diagnosis of a doctor to get referred to the clinic. Its unfortunate that so many folks get a blanket referral, because its given the entire process a black eye within the industry.

Thanks brother... I am on it and I haven't noticed a big difference... I am following up with Dr's and getting a closer look.. I have to maintain regular use per cdl guidelines and continue Dr appointments... Alot of crap bit it's my livelihood.. And wouldn't want to change careers now
