Schneider west-coast based OTR

Considering doing Schneider otr. However, I'm seeing a lot of stuff about how their otr is advertised as all 48 states, but is actually mostly regional depending on where your based-with just really short runs like 200 mi or less.
I would be based out of south Cali. Woe is me, I know.

Any current or past pumpkin drivers based out of the west coast can confirm?

I do not regret my decision of starting my driving career here at Schneider. They are very safety-oriented and you get to meet plenty of experienced drivers that will gladly hand out tips to help you become a better driver. Pay is not the best. And the miles aren't as available as they made it seem during the hiring process. My manager is very hard to reach and when I do I am always told that it is my fault, that " I should've known". Bit overall it's a great place to get started and I have met plenty of great people working here.
