Radar detectors and CSA points

Let me ask you this: If you put a body (dead or alive) in your trunk, does that make it a passenger compartment? If somebody is stowed away in your (box) trailer, does that make him a passenger (in a passenger compartment)?.

Please. This is getting a bit extreme, isn't it?

Doesn't matter what you put in the trunk, or the trailer, they are still a trunk or a trailer. If you stash a person inside one of those super singles, it doesn't make it a passenger compartment, it will still be a tire.

Are you ****ing kidding me???

Dude...no matter what lame argument you come up with, you are WRONG

Know it. Own it. Love it.

Just because you say I'm wrong doesn't make it so. You have failed to support any discussion to the contrary. If you don't want to accept my premiss that's fine, but it doesn't make me wrong.

Exactly the point I was making. Just because there is a passenger there doesn't make it a passenger compartment.

The fact that she thinks you're wrong doesn't make you wrong.....The fact that you're wrong does that.

Your arguments get more ridiculous with every post.

Sleeper berth, designed to contain a person while the vehicle is in motion, complete with a required forward motion restraint device. Finkelsteen, here, thinks it's not a passenger compartment. :coocoo:

You gotta admit though.....Some of his arguments are ****ing hilarious!

Are you related to a guy named Rooster? ... he'd be in his 50's, kind of Ragged, likes to wear fingerless gloves...

I almost asked that same question. Then I found this and knew our Mr. Brick has been taking self portraits:

Oh goodie! We have finally reached the part of the discussion where its obvious our argument has no merit and there is nothing left to do but hurl personal insults. Maybe if you yell louder it will make what you say more important.

and to think, all i started out doing by making this thread, was to inform people that having a radar detector is a CSA point infraction, in the speeding category for 5 points, up front, multiplied by 3.....

all because in "another website, we all KNOW AND HIGHLY LOVE"...(j/k), someone asked about having a radar detector in the truck...

passenger compartment, meowing cats, spare tires, ninjoid mutated ninja holding his private parts with his left hand, etc,etc...

you may all carry on now...

Then we will have to agree to disagree.

You'd lose for sure...

Words like this can only be spoken from a position of ignorance. Nobody can say with absolute certainty what a court will decide. Too many factors and judges/juries are inherently unpredictable.
