The annual enforcement blitz is scheduled for the week of Oct. 15-21. Officers will be looking for speeding, distracted driving, texting and driving, seatbelt usage, following too closely, improper lane changes, failure to obey traffic safety devices and more.
CVSA’s Operation Safe Driver Program was created to help to reduce the number of crashes, deaths and injuries involving large trucks, buses and passenger vehicles due to unsafe driving behaviors, according to a statement from the CVSA.

Generate cash.......
They actually only ticket about 10%. A number I would see increased to 100% for folks touching their phone, or tailgating.

Actually I would advocate no monetary penalty at all. 90 suspensions for first conviction, 90 years for the second.

Well, since it is a week long, I'm almost guaranteed to miss at least half of it.
Well, ya, won't wan't to miss the first half of it. They will be all full of piss and vinegar, Gung-Ho!

By the second half of the week the vinegar will have run out:laugh:
