New Mexico OD Permits Application

What throws me is "axle group," to me this means the steer is by itself for #1. Then the distance between the drives for #2. Lastly, the distance between the trailer axles, for #3.

I was hoping someone had filled out the New Mexico application and knew exactly what they wanted. But, you are correct, on Monday I can call them if I can find the number.

That isn't a valid number. I have a couple of others to try. I submitted my application and it was returned, stamped "No Insurance.". I don't have a clue. I have insurance or I wouldn't have an active DOT number. Nowhere does it say to submit proof of insurance. I'll have to call tomorrow to se what they want.

I just had to send in a Certificate of Insurance. This requirement isn't in any instructions I read. I think they make it up as they go, just to screw with people, typical government worker bee.
