And it shows at the fuel stops around the south perimeter. They re using them as terminals. Trucks sitting for days and weeks without moving.

Locals have got them all jammed up. To "pay" for parking spot, cheapest I could find were $750/ month. And that would have been inside an unsecured fenced property outside.
