Low Fuel Warning Light?

I drive a 2016 Volvo 670 Automatic, do not have the owner's manual and have a general question for all members. After the low fuel warning light comes on, how many miles can you drive before it runs out dry?
I just need your feedback for general knowledge. Some ppl say 50 miles, others 60 few even said about 100 miles. Your thoughts please.
Thank you.

I'd suggest filling up your tanks at the low fuel light.

Subtract that from the full capacity.

Multiply that by your average fuel mileage

That's how far you can push it.

And if for some reason you can't get fuel where you think you can? Get stuck in a traffic jam idling? You'd be better off getting fuel before then. Especially in cold weather - the tank walls above the fuel line will sweat moisture, right into your fuel.

In my '03 Freightliner Classic fuel sending unit been whacked since got in this truck. It'll work until 3/4-7/8 tank then go empty til 2/3 then bounce from empty to 2/3 then at 1/2 quits til 1/4 then flickers from 1/4 to dry empty. I keep saying I'll replace but I just go off miles. At 800 miles I'll start looking for one of our discounted stops, I still have plenty left. I should be able to go 1300+ miles on any tank if normal conditions not super windy and stuff. Just remember it's always cheaper to fuel up early then calling service truck to bring fuel bc your dumb@ss ran out lol. With that said in personal vehicles I push my luck, have ran out more times than remember lol.
