Ok, we got a couple iPods at the house that connect wifi to the net and run apps made for iPhones and iPod's

Must be those dang new fangled ones. Mine is an 80gig iPod Classic. Basically a portable hard drive that plays music.

Got a mobile style as well that will be active once the bugs are worked out. It will show sigs

I have a 40 GB MP3 player. I've had it since 2005. The battery is shot but it still works on the 12 volt adapter. It's not an iPod though.

And it's an actual hard drive with a spinning disc. Newer ones are almost certainly solid state & that's what I'd prefer. No electric motor spinning something, gobbling up the battery. But I don't need one that's capable of connecting to the internet.

Well we can if we weren't so lazy. I'd have to click the message, hit more options, click on open in a browser and then, when it loads, double click to enlarge it big enough to read. After scrolling around to find the right post, I might be able to read it, provided I'm not exhausted.
