Also, if you are still getting paid what you were getting paid two years ago, might want to rethink your situation. Everything is just going to keep climbing, and here is a good discussion to prove it.
I just gave every employee a 27% raise in one of my departments. Most did not deserve this raise but its what I had to do to keep bodies. I will have to increase prices to cover these costs.
