Whether it’s staying active, keeping in touch with loved ones, or finding time to rest, share your strategies for staying mentally strong out there. Protecting mental health on the road is really important. Personally, I try to maintain a routine as much as possible — things like getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and taking breaks when I need them. I also listen to calming music or podcasts, which helps me feel grounded while traveling. Staying connected with family and friends, even through quick messages or calls, also makes a big difference.
If I'm feeling overwhelmed, I make time to rest, reflect, or even just take a walk if possible. Everyone’s needs are different, but small habits like these have helped me a lot.

I have been using an app called, 'Trucker's Routine'. Was referred to it from a buddy and been using it for 2 weeks. It is pretty cool and simple stuff to do anywhere. Been doing it most days and really helped with feeling better and more energized. Also a good mental boost as i get doing it more. try it,,,i downloaded in apple app store
