anybody have any luck baking bread in the truck. What kind of portable oven works for this? Any other pointers?

I have cooked a lot of things in my truck. I like to say I can make anything in the truck I could make at home, I don't simply due to the messiness.
I can honestly say, I have never tried to make bread.

Watch out if your using a bread maker and a regular inverter instead of a pure sine wave inverter. Many thermostats don't work right and go on high only. I discovered this with my crock pot. There is no warm, low or med. It's hot only.

Is having sourdough starter in the truck a DUII?
