Freitghliner m2 strart no crank

we have a problem with our freightliner m2 from 2016 it starts but does not start with cummings engine we have no communication with the computer with a spn 639 fmi 9
we have all tested but we inject positive into the booster pump it starts without problem is communication with the computer is no more code do you have the solutions? bulkhead module? THANKS

Looking at the gauges, it appears your DEF tank is empty. This may have set a code to stop the engine from running.

try to clear the codes, it may be full now, but that red light was shining ever so bright.

so it must have set the code.

I'm wondering if the low DEF tank threw the code and put it into limp mode and until the ECM is cleared, the dash may not change.

Truck will shut down if it thinks it's out of def. That light indicates that it thinks it's out of def.
