I really, really doubt you'd lose your gun rights... they're guaranteed by the Constitution, and let's face it... the NRA would have a cow.

The employment consequences are much more serious for us, and if your reactions are slowed by the after effects, that could be really serious.

It's not that they're taking the right away. They're just simply violating it with impunity because they know that the worst case scenario is they won't get reelected.
