A federal appeals court has granted a request from the Trump administration for a 90-day abeyance on a legal challenge from truck trailer manufacturers and other groups to the next phase of greenhouse gas emissions standards.

In a May 8 ruling, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia granted the request filed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which asked for time to review a request for reconsideration filed by the Truck Trailer Manufacturers Association. The appeals court declined TTMA’s request to defer the deadlines of the challenged rule. The court set a deadline of July 20 for both parties to file additional motions.

I wonder how this administration will.handle the spa on the glider kit regulation that is in effect? I thought after a certain year they will.not be able to put non emmisions engines in gliders. That would really hit the glider industry hard. After all that's why many small fleets and one truck owners buy them.
