Trucking Regulations: Changes to FMCSA Covid-19 Emergency Order

This popped up in an email from OOIDA...

FMCSA has modified and extended the National Emergency Declaration. The Declaration remains active through July 14th, but will only apply to drivers transporting:

• livestock and livestock feed;
• medical supplies and equipment related to the testing, diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19; and
• supplies and equipment necessary for community safety, sanitation and prevention of community transmission of COVID-19, such as masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, soap and disinfectants.
