Gosh alot of their Rest Areas date back to when they originally built the highway 50/75 years ago.

MnDot also doesn't understand that's trucks need room to pull out instead they opt for grass and landscaping then probably "scoff" when someone jumps up over that curb and leaves abuncha muddy tracks after a storm.
