Can companies still find an accident if not not on MVR?

I had a minor fender-bender in my personal vehicle but it's not on my MVR because no police report was filed. Can trucking companies still use a C.L.U.E. report or something similar to find it?

I would just be honest in my application and include the accident, but I don't know if this particular company tolerates any accidents, CMV or otherwise. So I wouldn't want to screw myself out of a job by including it when I could potentially get away with not including it. The company is a mega-carrier.

if the other person in that accident, or property, what ever you hit, filed a claim on thier insurance, you may be found out, but i have never known any trucking company to dig that deep, beyond a DMV check.

If it’s out there it can be found. Just depends on the carrier.

If this so-called "driver shortage" is a tenth as bad as the corporate whiners say it is, they're not going to care about a fender bender in your private vehicle. Just put it on the app and don't worry about it. They'll hire you.

My best advice when it comes to applying for a CDL job is to be 100% truthful, if not it came come back to bit you !
There are certain motor vehicle charges that will NEVER be cleared of your record - DWI or death in a accident.
You're able to clear your driving record some by just going to the DMV & questioning what's on your record, after x amount of time level offenses are dropped .
