Bluetooth receiver & truck radio recommendations

Looking for either a Bluetooth device/receiver to connect to my trucks radio via aux or just a radio with Bluetooth to replace the stock one altogether that has hands-free call and sirius xm capability and a CD player with the radio preferably. Any recommendations?
