If you were hoping for a last-minute reversal, it didn't happen. Any non-US individual, including truck drivers, must now be FULLY vaccinated in order to enter the United States. Fully vaccinated doesn't include boosters at this point, but don't be surprised to see that terminology change in the future.
Canada has already instituted their travel ban for the non vaccinated.
Any predictions on how this goes? Will we see noticeable problems getting freight into and out of the United States? Will we see a quick stoppage of this policy by a judge? Is it here to stay and we just need to get used to it?
Most importantly, has your driving job been affected by this?
