A few changes on the way for this forum.

Over the past couple months, I have evaluated the discussion here in the forums, and I have noticed a couple things I am going to attempt to fix.

• Confusion/Tension
  Possibly due to the order the forums are posted in, the amount of forums we have, or maybe the lack of a couple key forums it seems truckers need, there is going to be a little reshuffling of the order of the forums here, and the addition of at least one new forum.
  The focus of a "truckers forum" seems to be getting lost, so I will be trying to get that back with these moves.

This needs to be a place where serious issues can be discussed, but at the same time, that needs to happen without losing the "fun and enjoyment" that should come with participating in a forum.

So, when you see a few changes happening, this is why.
