I am buying a 55 ton Triaxle RGN 110k in 12ft. I have a tandem axle truck with 40k drives How much max weight would I be able to permit on this configuration?

I have a brand new freightliner came without axle(s) installed. I can't get the darn driver side axle to go in. It goes all the way and barely onto the bolts, but feels like it's hitting something. I looked inside, and there are things in the way like keys or metal things. How to move them?

If you are driving in mostly dry weather (with occasional rain), then what is the advantage, if any, with having 2 drive axles vs. having the front rear axle driven and the rear most axle a tag? If seems to me that most trucks do not need two drive axles?
