Truck Vibration

Hello friends, i have this situation with my truck and i really don't know what else to do. I have taking the truck to multiple shops replace multiple parts and still no one has been able to find the problem, every time is replace this or that and still no luck any ideas or shops near salt Lake city Utah that might be able to help?
Also this happens at all times loaded or not at speeds of 50+ mph
So far i have replace:
Tires
For the cab. Airbag, shocks, front bushing of cab
Transmission mounts plus engine mounts
No front vibration

or if anyone has any ideas on how to narrow the problem i was thinking about putting a go pro and get a video from bottom of the truck while driving to see if i can tell anything from that.

Have you spun the rims only on a balancer checking for runout, out of round and balance?


Check driveshaft for bad carrier bearing / u-joint?

Is your trailer dedicated to your truck or do you swap out trailers? That kind of vibration will make you want to get rid of the truck.

Take all the centramatics off and try running without them for a bit
