I've got the details now. Swift has been sued by a couple drivers and it was turned into a class action suit. Apparently they are claiming that swift did not fallow notification procedures in reference to credit checks. The suit sounds like bs to me and t I'm one of the drivers that qualifies.. It alleges that swift did not advise drivers that a consumer report would be generated for employment purposes and said report could be disputed. Its a 5 million dollar lawsuit that equates to 30 percent for the attys. and about 50 dollars per driver. to me it's without merit and just another instance of attys taking advantage of companies for their own advantage.
