taking a clue from @Mike on the fitness bender. You see, I used to be as strong as a farm hand. Then I got into trucking and it's been a yo-yo. Still, ran a half marathon not too long ago. Ran across this thing called an R2AK.com a few months ago. AWSOME!!!!!!! So I've applied for the short version and started building a racing module--oars over sail. Now I have to awaken my inner beast. If they don't approve me this year, I'll try again in 2017. Exercises: truckers row, cab climbs, sit-ups push-ups, jumping jacks, jogging, driver tailgate floor loaded nursery stock which is my favorite, reminds me of home. Currently 210/5'7". Aiming for a competition weight of 190.

I helped my brother make a canon once--sets off car alarms at a hundred feet solely on the sonic wave.:yahoo:Also, golf balls bounce out of the hole in the tree--fast:bowdown:.

Regardless, my crew was rejected for the race. Something to do with not having enough big water experience. I say there is only one way to fix that. Accordingly, the project is still "on." Only difference is it changes the goal term. Between now and R2AK 2017 I will have to get some big water experience.
