If there is a limit on the terms of issue of the invoice for the repairs?
My company paid a year ago -2013 for the transmission repair of my truck.
Last week, my company has deducted money from my salary for the repair and provided an invoice for 2013. It was not warn me before. What does the law say?

Legally they can not deduct money from you unless you signed an agreement to pay for the repairs. They're no blanket agreements like this the agreement has to be specific.

By contract I have to pay for the repairs.
But then they said that payment transmission repair themselves. I did not sign anything at the time. But they suddenly took off the money and gave me an invoice for 2013. In the truck I pay them for the leasing of two years.

If you can provide a link to the rules that I showed them.

Thank you.

If you signed a lease for the vehicle, that did not include repair costs, then you would be responsible for any and all maintenance and repairs. If you are a company driver, I don't believe he would have any legal right to make you pay for repairs, unless you had signed an agreement to do so.
