Newbie looking for advice

Hi there, my name is Konrad and I just finished training and received my Class One license. Unfortunately, it seems I need more practice with backing up to loading docks and clutching esp. on a ten speed. I am looking for tips and hoping I can find a owner-operator near Edmonton who could use some extra bucks and give me the practice I need.
