Idle shutdown 2018 LT, need to defeat

Went from '16 Volvo with Ishift to '18 LT with Cummins X15 and Eaton auto. Cruise controls do not bump up idle like on the old Volvo.

Oddly enough, doesn't auto shut off with trailer attached.

Thanks in advance for any help. The giant manual is, of course, worthless.

That idle bump is actually engine RPM control for stationary PTO operation. Just like how you actually have 2 neutral gears, which varies the RPM presented to a PTO, on the Volvo. If the truck doesn't have PTO controls enabled, then you're not going to be able to idle bump. Especially if it's a new, company specced and locked down truck.
