Whenever I got the chance to go online I'd play with these scammers, and he IS a scammer. Pay for a phone and you will NOT receive it.
There are also the "419" scammers, usually from nigeria, that are even more fun to play with than these phone a-holes. But I warn you, it is addicting. When you back into a parking space you will want to see what your "pets" wrote to you.
