The lights are still on, he just had to turn off the music because the signal that sends the music to peoples radio in their car was causing interference with more important radio signals.

Umm yeh, I am sure the FCC would be all over the same type of situation too.

Low power FM transmissions are allowed within a specific frequency range for hobbiest/etc purposes. It can be done legally and without causing interference to regular broadcast FM radio/etc. Sounds like this guy had his stuff cranked up. Palomar, anyone? LOL
