Trucking Regulations: Write ELD Company Policy-Need Template

Does anyone have a template I could follow for writing the company E-Log policy? We have three trucks and are struggling to get off conditional status, which requires the submission of our "New Logging Policy." I cannot find one online and I am hoping to get the help we need here from the Community.

2. If you violate HOS, you're done.

3. If you can't deal with the above you're fired.

I could really give you the full package. But that took me considerable time and energy to put something together.

Years ago, I'd always charge consulting fees.
