I was getting ready to make breakfast until I read this thread. I'm not so hungry anymore.

Fajitas. My first time ever making Fajitas. It turned out well.
I used the packet of Fajita seasoning because it was my first time and I was nervous.

I'm going to try to make chicken tacos tomorrow.

I got chicken booby tenderloins, tomato wraps and taco seasoning packets.

With ground beef, you cook the meat first and drain the fat, then put in water and seasoning & boil it 5 minutes.

I don't know what to do with the chicken so I guess I'm going to dice it up raw, then put a little bit of olive or canola oil in a skillet and start cooking the chicken and just put the seasoning in with the chicken and keep stirring it up til it's done.

:dunno:

I would do like @389 Hood said and cook the chicken first what ever way you want to cook the chicken and then add the seasoning.
I used cooked chicken and shredded it up and then heated it with the seasoning for the Fajitas (fagitas).

I put a dab of canola oil in my big blue diamond skillet, a cubic inch of butter, and three taco seasoning packets.

I cut up the raw chicken boob tenderloins and mixed it up in the seasoning and cooked it on the stove, stirring it up with two spoons every few minutes.

It ended up pretty good but I don't really like the tomato wraps. Next time I'll use regular tortillas.
