Has anyone else had bad experiences with United Healthcare? It seems ridiculous that a company as big as Schneider can't offer us better insurance. My wife has recently had numerous phone calls where they gave her different answers with each call over a doctor referral they provided to her.

i have UHC, and my doctor has to make the referrals for me on my behalf, not UHC......
have her call (or visit) her primary care doctor from now on for other doctor referrals???
