Starting a truck company

Hi all truckers.

I haveing a courier company at the moment, but think about to start up with trucks also, but I have some questions about.

1: How much money shut a truck drive in with in month ? if the the truck only have one driver ?

2: What is the best way to start up ? Leasing or buying trucks ?

3: what is the best goods to drive with - a company ask me if I wanted to start to drive oil for them ? But where is the best money in the business - is normal goods or oil or something else ?

Not sure. I do know that the pay for oil drivers has been going down for months now.
