For company sponsored training, the best training, hands down, is Schneider.
As for going out on your own and paying for the training, find out what their schedule is. How many total hours of training are they going to provide, and how much of that is on the road, not on a closed training area.

Have had one wreck, no tickets [knock on wood].
I want a School that will offer better training than Swift.
Like a smaller school, that will finance lodging, and all that.
