well i guess ill be the first to post here. but i pull a reefer and repair my own. ask away!

I pull reefer too when I have a job.I prefer reefer over dry van.I don't repair anything on the trl unless it's the reefer unit but I have never had any reefers go out on me thank god.

hubby is pulling one now, but only till flatbed work come's around again.
It's paying the bills for now, have know clue about tomorrow...............
lets see a wash out cost, the fuel cost stuff like that........................

Washout is under$30.00.I use to do flatbed but always had help with tarping.I had to use steel and lumber tarps they were HEAVY.So I figure what kind of trucker am I having help all the time.So i'll stick to reefer or dryvan.

o own both and aint niether one payiny the bills. i figure i have 60 days tops before the bank comes a knockin.

might be selling both trailers and the truck to avoid a repo.

ill keep ya all posted on it if any one might be interested in all 3 units.

ill probley let them go cheap{real cheap}

DayRipper...call my bro, JB. He's still in the process of dicking with dealers in buying a truck, and then he'll be looking for a trailer. It wouldn't hurt to call...940-923-3267

ANY ADVICE????????

I know freight brokers is sort of a bad word to drivers. I am a divorced mom of 4, the ex was laid off my job was 2nd shift and they were cutting hours!! Money was tight and jobs( especially day jobs) were scarce. Thought I was interviewing for a receptionist job anyhow, here I am and I have no damn clue how to get this all to work!!!
Started in November made lots of great contacts even mad a few deals, but can't get drivers quick enough or my quotes are too high. My problem is I want to be fair to both sides and can't find the happy medium. I'm new businesses/drivers alike tell me what they want which is not always realistic.
I am paid hourly our company makes a set commission I am not looking to get rich just keep my job which isn't looking so good right now. I'm working on quotes for (dry/reefer trailers) over 70 lanes in IN, IL, MI, OH, PA,WI, and a few to NY, GA, IA,TN. Originating in IN and MI. If you could give any advice on what drivers are looking for (rates, popular lanes ect. ) PLEASE HELP!!!!! I really like what I do just need more insight into what I need to do as a broker. THANK YOU ALL!

What are the epa regs. on Reefers in cali.? I pull both older ones and newer ones and will till the epa commies arrest me, period! just needing to know what they will charge will be. The sentence will probably be thirty days in the hole!
ps. I'm amazed at how fast the newer T-Kings cool down compared to the older ones.
