question about health bennies for new drivers

I have been researching getting into the driver gig. I have read the reviews on the companies and it looks like Schiender looks good. Does any know if companies pay health care for employees or does that come out of there pay? Also which companies love the west coast? If I start, I will start from west coast, but looking to move to the south.

Trucking companies are just like any other place you would work in terms of health insurance. The company pays part, and you pay the difference. A few companies will cover the driver 100%, but not many.
