NSAIDS and cardiac arrest, but Naproxen may be the safest

Nsaids have been my go reliever for some time. When I was younger I took naproxen for ****ed up knees. Inflammation is my enemy. Should I ask for it again?

Aleve has never done much for me. I was taking generic Celebrex, but that didn't seem to be helping, either, so I went back to ibuprofen prn, usually 2, twice per day until warmer months. I usually don't need anything then. (psoriatic arthritis)

But I have noticed rebound headache for a day or so after stopping ibuprofen if I've had to take it for a couple of weeks straight...low-grade, like a caffeine headache.

I have Naproxen, i thought it was one of the no can do with drug testing?
But if I have a heart attack I have it on hand:)
