And it's been almost 2 years since I last smoked pot so I could definitely pass a Hair Sample Drug Test too.

With more and more states legalizing marijuana many companies are having trouble finding qualified applicants who can pass a pee tests.

Frankly as long as ya ain't on duty your Hometime should be your own business.

Only problem is that unlike alcohol they still have yet to find a reliable standard of testing for active state of marijuana intoxication.

In many states just the presence of marijuana in system justfies OWI then abuncha Medical Marijuana patients filed lawsuits.

Nevertheless JB never seems to have a problem finding drivers and ever since about 1996 when they started taking driver pay seriously I'm sure they've told three times as many they've hired to **** up a rope.

The pot mellowed me out enough I could literally get by on afew drinks.

Wait a minute now @Sinister you "Old" School even before my time.

Ya gotta know "every" hire is "Suspect" .

Even at Small Places I cannot tell ya how many have wrecked one or in afew cases got caught with dope in the truck

Ya I'm known for cracking a 6 pack in my sleeper or tanking up at Casinos on my rest break at a Truckstop yet I never crossed that Dope Line while in possesion of company equipment.

Furthermore all my accident are generally "Property Damage" which is often "deducted" outta my Pay.

My only REAL "Commercial" Accident was back in 2013/2014 and the Racine County Sheriff's Department cleared me 100 percent and I got an Accident report to prove that .

Only other was Non Contact in Dane County off 94 about 2017/2018.

Guy proclaimed he Ditched it because I stopped so fast..

Wrong ..was an ACCIDENT CLEANUP and lanes blocked.

His dash cam showed no Brake Lights..

I downshifted and Full Jakes I "coasted" in because I saw everybody stopped ahead.

Court threw that crap out the window.

Still I hadda drive to Madison and show up as a witness for a Court Hearing

My old man woke up ..

No wheaties or eggs..

His breakfast was a couple beers and a shot of whiskey.

He would leave early so his buddies at the IRONWORKS could have 15/20 minutes before Punch Clock.

At lunch on a 4 square block radius of the plant was a Tavern on every corner and inbetween.

The bars knew the "Lunch Breaks" didn't even have to wait they just had a dozen burgers and 2 baskets of fries n another of rings already to go as they walked across the street.

I worked there myself in the Foundry afew years.

Not because I was a good "worker" He had Union Clout and after Prison I got married and was starting a family so he threw his word around and got me in

Afew years later the Mass Layoffs started and afew years later BANKRUPT.

Today both Foundries have been "leveled" ones a Shopping Center other plant is a 55 plus condo development.
