Seems to be for many. Still people out here that will try to tell you that you can do it, and plenty coming into the industry who assume it is legal.

I get it that some states have legalized it but it still remains illegal federally and trucking is federally regulated so it makes sense.

Up here weed will be legal federally, Legal all across the country and then Ontar-we-owe decides it will not be legal for commercial drivers. That makes no sense.
It won't matter for me because I have to submit to drug testing because my company travels to the U.S. I do not travel to the U.S. but I still have to do drug testing. That makes no sense.

I think the people creating these laws are doing a marijuana!
