I have proof i was right, again, but for me, that's usual............

As many of you know, I have only been on these boards a short time. I have told you my years of experience, and my current occupation of that being a State Certified Driving Instructor, and of course, I posted my resume` here as well, but minus the "personal details" like home address, phone number and my schools or their location. I omitted that information, because as we all know, trolls or spammers could have a field day with that information.

A "troll" here we all know as Sean McQuaid, has said he "knows" or can find out anyone's IP address, which is a bluff. Anyone posting here is safe, as Sean CANNOT do this. He would have to be the owner of this site. So DO NOT LET HIM bluff you...........

Now, again, back to my job...........I have been out on TDI which means "temporary disability" which would explain my presence during the days, and sometimes nights. I divulge this information, just on the "outside chance" someone (our resident troll perhaps?) should inquire, that if I am an instructor, what am I doing here daily. SO this ENDS THAT, BEFORE IT STARTS............

I went to my employer this morning. I do this once, maybe twice a week............I "check" on my students, and found today, that 2 students passed their state DMV skills AND road test, and these guys were "first timers" being tested...........!! Chalk up another first time passer's.........!!!

Yay..... me and the other instructors.......!!

Ok, so while I was there, I spoke with my boss, who is the Director of Training at my school. I had told him that I am on a website that has message boards, and I participate with many people in giving advice and guidance, and field questions often.

I told my boss about our resident troll............

I told my boss that I had said the State of Florida CDL is NOT easily transferable.............to any other state because Florida was once decertified by the DOT.............my boss said, "Florida is STILL decertified".........!! How about that...........I was right again, but for me, this is "usual"...........

My boss said, "on the CDL license, either the front or back (sorry, I forgot which he said), it states, "Valid in Florida only".............and I can provide PROOF of this, and I will shortly in a link, and I might supply many more links in this thread I am starting............

I wanted to make sure I was right, even though I had already KNOWN I was right. But as we all know, our resident troll, "who knows nothing at all", continued to mess with me.........Well, LET ME SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT, when someone questions MY experience and MY know how, and tries (albeit in vain) to dis-credit me, I'll come back with a vengeance, and make sure I ram that additional information "up that person's ass", and I ain't about to use any lubrication WHEN I DO IT EITHER.......

Here is just one link regarding the Florida CDL license.........oh yeah, resident troll.........Sean.......on YOUR license, LOOK for the statement where IT SAYS, "Valid in Florida Only".........

But just to "tease you Sean........Here is a "quick view"

Note:: Commercial Driver Licenses (CDL), Valid in Florida Only Licenses and licenses expired over one year cannot be renewed online, by phone, or by mail.

Commercial Drivers License - Florida

So you see Sean.........you're STUPID friends in the DOT, DON'T KNOW JACK, JUST LIKE YOU.........!!!!!!!

How's it feeling Sean, getting this rammed up your ass............????

What you NEED to do Sean, is get a girl, get laid, STFU, and go away like the pus*y that you are.......

Because I told you "at least once".............YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE WRITTEN TEST AND ROAD TEST AGAIN, IN WHAT EVER STATE YOU TRY YOUR DUMB-ASS IN TO TRANSFER OVER......

When you "smarten up", which frankly I don't see this happening.........BE THE MAN, AND COME HERE AND ADMIT YOU WERE WRONG...........

THEN STILL, get a girl, get laid, and STFU and go away................like the pus*y that you are........

Did it hurt your ass Sean.........????

YOU Sean, WILL NEVER WIN OVER ME.........

I'm too frigging good..............

TAH-TAH............

P.S.

You know what people.........?? I don't think HAVE TO provide any more proof of what I just entered here.......WHAT BETTER PROOF, THAN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DMV WEBSITE.......?????????? :peacebanana:

I am DONE vindicating my self..........it's "someone else", that's needs to whiter away now......and for good..............

well one (1) hour has passed since our resident troll responded to the other thread, "does age really matter", and you gotta know he "viewed" this thread, but he ain't responding...........

guess i nailed the SOB, and he finally took it with out the lubricant......

"i have proof i was right, again, but for me, that's usual"......

i hope he so much enjoyed his ass being stretched out........

holy sheep shit batman! i dont think i have ever seen a verbal tounge lashing of this magnitude. it was so intense that even my asshole is sore, and i wasent even on the receving end of it. glen your blood pressure must be sky high big guy! good post!

I DO NOT take too kindly towards any one, who IS NOT a driver mind you, trying to dis-credit me or MY experience. when the day comes,( and for sean it never will), that HE HAS AS MUCH experience as i, THEN AND ONLY THEN, can he go one on one with me........

till then, he is a "nothing, and insignificant little twit/pus*y" that DESERVES all blasting and forms of it headed his way. whether it be from me, or even a driver of at LEAST 6 months experience. in our lives we will always come across a pus*y like him, its a given, but we cannot allow such a pus*y to try and dis-credit OUR INTEGRITY.

for the life of me, i will not understand, why on this god given earth, he insisted that I WAS WRONG with my info regarding the state of florida being decertified, and now HE CAN'T NOT SEE where i was right.........

maybe he's got bloody stools now, and maybe he's got his ass all plugged up with cotton balls to stop the flow of blood, that is of course, if he "knows it all on stopping the flow"..............because god almighty, he didn't know it all earlier............

and as for you my soon to be new cyber friend...........i am sorry you have a sore asshole as well............my aim can be a "little off" sometimes.............:foreheadslap:

Glenn that's just how the little maggot is.He's not a happy troll unless he pisses ppl off on here that's his goal as to why he has no woman or friends. He's a worthless POS.I would'nt let his words get u down.We all know u know the industry and not one person on here listens to the little maggot. He knows you're right he just wants to stir up trouble.

i just received a florida cdl class a license it don't say no where on that it is valid only in florida. I call north carolina where i am moving an they said i could transfer it without any problem , road test, the only test i am required to take is eye exam. i am not here to question anybody or become a smart ass, but I would like to know why florida is supposedly dis credit in the first place. I didn't go to a private school. I went to a public tech college of 8 weeks and 320 hours. their regular certificate is accepted every where. why would my license be. question from recent graduate. still waiting to go to orientation

i clicked on the link Glen posted as well, and I saw a comma after CDL, so i think a Fl only license is something else. I am not sure how it works though, as I live in Canada now and as far as I know we have to test if we switch jurisdictions up here. Years ago I had a Fl license, but that was before the whole CDL thing came into existence. Back when cab overs and screamin' 671 Detroits with super chargers and 238 HP ruled the road, lol.

A friend of our's has one it due to restrictions as in medical.
A fl. c.d.l. is the same to change from one state to another as any. Now to get one or renew is a different story. It's tough here for any kind of licence.

I am going to let this thread run it's course and not dignify it with any redundant retorts of my own. Personally I don't care who thinks what about me because I chose to be a stand alone and voice my displeasures with the industry (moreover - a certain two companies). I knew it was going to happen, and I expected it. Something to hide? No. But I choose to make my other things private because people like Glenn don't belong there. So my page is now private. And don't be so sure about my not being able to get IP addys and such.

Now as for the CDL transfer - not that it matters now anyway since I may not bother to keep it since I'd have to re-train for everything now anyway - I still think the D.O.T. and license people know more than you or your employer do. Stop crying like a baby because I choose to take their word because I see this as just another trucking industry thing as logging regulations (as in telling me I am not allowed to log line 4 in certain instances when the Federal book tells me otherwise). Who are you (or anyone else) to decide what is correct concerning a Federal book of regs or driver license and CDL issues and transfers? I don't know about getting a CDL in de-classified states now (or de-certified - whatever the hell you want to call it), but I have been told by those who deal with this EVERY DAMN DAY that if I want to transfer my CDL, all I need to do is take an eye test. Who would most people take the word of, the D.O.T. and those at the license branch, or some so-called instructor from some (probably) hoakey and dinky trucking school and him saying this person also says that, and that person says that?!?! I am doing as most others with common sense would do, and like my "tirades" against a couple of trucking carriers, you don't like the fact I disagree with you and take the word of others in higher up positions than you. And I will look into this again WITHOUT reading your links.

If it turns out you or your employer are wrong, I can just sit back and laugh. If it turns out that the folks at the license branch, and D.O.T. officers I know are wrong, than I can say shame on them for not being up to date with info that they should know and deal with DAILY. It won't make me feel like an idiot. After all, I am not an trucking instructor - ROFL.

This idiot can't even quote me correctly. I did NOT say you were wrong about Florida (or any other state) becoming de-certified. I said you were wrong about my not being able to transfer a CDL I got a year and a half ago! If you're gonna bash and discredit me, then do it right asshole! I can and will get nasty with the language too as it seems you are allowed to get away with it!!!!!! This is where things break down (misquotes), and MOST people DO NOT go back to read what was originally posted. And that's another reason for my repeating as I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think of you as much of a teacher or anything else the way YOU distort things!!!!!!!!!!!!

And you can go on checking me out on MySpace or any other site I go on to blog. What the f@@k is that going to prove?!?! That I bitch fits there too in the eyes of folks here?!?! So what?!?!

Sean WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not about the law,DOT,fmcsa, logging line 4 those 2 companies. This is about you and your sour attitude. Then you calling glennns school hoaky and dinky. That's an uncalled for remark. This is why everyone has awhole lot of animosity towards you.Of course u could care less.Like everything else, u have mentioned that well over a thousand times. And we could care less about you as well.Frankly I wish you'd take a long leap over a short peer. You're not here to impress us and we certainly are'nt here to impress you either at least i'm not.I could care less what you think of me.I'm glad u do hate me.With friends like you who needs enemies.

Below is from post #78 on the thread that was supposed to be dealing with age issues in the industry and where all this crap started. NOTHING has been modified from the original post either here, on on the thread where the post is. After a day, you can't edit without contacting a mod or admin. And even if I did edit, there would be NOTHING I could do about the multiquotes posted before any edits done later. Now, tell me where the hell I told Glenn he was wrong about Florida becoming de-certified! This guy is a total ass just like me - actually worse because he can't properly quote someone in the proper context. And I am supposed to be confident in his ability to deal with others and also be a well informed good teacher?!?! Keep on with it Glenn. Sooner or later you be just as big an ass as I am.

From post #78 "Does age matter":

Okay, for those who may have been given a moment of pause with this CDL thing:

All respects to Glenn. I will just say he was misinformed whether he should know this or not. Misinformation is RAMPANT in the industry.

The CDL is NATIONAL. Regardless of where you tested out and/or recieved your CDL. This is one of the things the NDR checks are for (as opposed to the regular MVR). As I said, the only thing that does NOT transfer state to state is the HazMat. So it is still the same as it was when I transferred my Indy CDL to my state of residence after I graduated and tested out. The only thing you need to do is prove to them that you can see.

Yes, the tests will vary from state to state, but the CDL (- the HazMat) is national.

I just returned from one of the Pa State License branches, and I also just got off the phone with one of my D.O.T. buddies - so there you go. No worries people on having to re-test (other than the HazMat written) if you move to another state.

I was looked at like I was on drugs at the license branch, so I had to tell them this is only what I had heard from a source I would not mention. My D.O.T. friend said "where'd you get this #$&*$ from?!?!". Again, source not revealed as I don't think it was Glenn's fault.

oh.......i just read your PM to me and responded........here is a link regarding the decertification> go to page 10, then look for, "increased exposure to fraud"........from there, the florida DMV MUST notify the Feds of such decertification, then of course, they step up things as well........

http://www.oppaga.state.fl.us/monitordocs/reports/pdf/07-S16.pdf

this is only one reason why florida CDL's had been decertified. i am continuing to look for more info, and as i come up with it, of course, i will bring it here........

as i had said to sean, "maybe, just maybe he might get his transferred over with no problem, however, do not bank on it". since the state of florida found fraud, the other states are not going to be sure a fully qualified person is capable of having a CDL. re-testing may take place, which WILL include, written, AND road tests.........

hey baby......i feel so sad now...........you don't want to be redundant.........and how you don't care what others think about you...........

you "stand alone" because you have no dignity.......you lost that long before i even came here.........

and as far as i NOT being able to belong to "my space"........oh darned...........i am saddened again...........but i will be happy soon enough, when i post over there all about you............:leer:

and baby.........don't try and bluff anyone here about getting anyone's IP numbers.......you tried though to "scare" some people...........but i am sad again.........because you are wrong..............:bootyshake:

i am sad again.............that you don't want to go through all the bullshit again of getting re-training...........oh my...............how sad...............and to think you would've, could've aced nearly every test..............i'm so sad................

hey, maybe "MY" school is a dinky-hokey(spell correctly please), but we do VERY WELL placing our students, whom by the way, ACTUALLY DON'T GET FIRE TWICE IN 3 MONTHS, FROM 2 CARRIERS...........
