Game of Thrones Season 8 (spoilers)

I’m about 5 episodes in, maybe 6.

So far I’m not seeing what all the whining and petition signing is about.

I’m liking the season.

The only person I regret seeing die is The Hound. Maybe that Mormont guy.

I think it would have been cool if Arya had permanent scars on the throat where the Night King caught her as she lunged at him. Him smirking at the dragon after being roasted and it not affecting him was dumb.

Holy crap did Danaerys fly off the handle.

By the way if you don’t have HBO, it’s available on VUDU, which is where I’m watching it.

I got through the first two books (three?) but just couldn’t finish the last one.
Too many characters and too much plot that’s all over the place

I’ve tried eReaders and dislike them.

Anyway it’s probably still worth watching because from what I understand the show departs from the books significantly.

Okay so I finished Season 8 and I understand some of the fans bases’ frustration.

Why would the dragon melt the Iron Throne?

That was dumb.

Also, who the help is Grey Worm to be imprisoning anyone?

He and the Unsullied worked for Danaerys and she was dead so what what authority did he really have?

Finally, Jon not even being mentioned at the council to appoint a new king? Really? Not even a WORD?

Overall I thought it was a good finish though.
