The largest price increase was in the West Coast region not including California, where the average cost for a gallon of diesel fuel went up 7.1 cents.

- Gulf Coast – $2.903, up 2.2 cents.
- Rocky Mountain – $3.088, up 5.7 cents.
- West Coast – $3.491, up 4.9 cents.
- West Coast less California – $3.213, up 7.1 cents.
- California – $3.898, up 4.4 cents.
