Best training company??

My daughter is looking into getting her CDL..she wants the program where you can get trained on the job..and than do your testing..whats the best company?? She is 22 years old..Thanks in advance!:tiphat:

is she looking for company training(ie schneider) or more into a cdl school where she is responsible for the cost ? there are many options so i just to clear it up on what she is looking for.

She is looking for campany training..like Prime offers..

lotta smack being talked about schneider lately mostly since they slowed the trucks down but there training is second to none. they will train an individual to get a cdl. training is like 4 weeks i think . and they have some really good running opportunities. stick them out for a year to get exp then move on to something better. not sure if roehl does this also but they have some interesting incenitives and driving schedules. i would personally stay away from prime. to me they are no different than swift.

also look into LTL companies. not sure whats in your area but there are a few that will train an average joe off the street, as long as they have a clean record.

Matter of fact there is a concrete place up here that is so desperate for drivers they are willing to train drivers to work for them. don't pass up on something like that either.

heres a few to get started to look at. bad thing is i consider most of them bottom feeder companies and the only ones i would even half ass consider would be USF glenmore, or FFE, i would probably suggest she stays away from reefer the first year. get used to the job and work involved before running reefer. reefer is another world with alot of dock sitting getting loaded/unloaded. here's the link for you. i'm gonna keep looking around for ya and see what i can dig up.
