Auto Truck Transport, a company that hauls trucks across the country, is laying off workers in Springfield as the trucking industry slows.
The Wisconsin-based company has laid off 79 workers at the Springfield office this year. The company, which has 261 workers in Springfield, told the state of Ohio in April that layoffs could total 200 workers.
