1999 KW W900 Blower motor...

Anyone ever replace the blower (fan) motor on a W900?
I'm wondering how complicated something like this is and whats involved...

I have never done one on a big truck. 4 wheelers are not bad. Usually about 5 bolts and they pop out easy. One nut on the squirrel cage. On a lot of GM's the ground goes bad. I have ran a ground wire from one of the bolts to a separate ground a few times and did not need to replace the motor. Can you see where the blower motor is under the hood?

I have done many GMs....but this one isnt like that.
Its all in some enclosed area.....I keep blowing the breaker and want to replace the motor....last year it melted the harness!
